Through the coaching relationship, life purpose is clarified, fresh perspectives develop, schedules and living spaces are organized, healthy margins and boundaries are established, new horizons open up, deeper relationships unfold, and practices that lead to deeper spiritual lives are formed.
The accountability of the relationship energizes clients to meet the goals they have set for themselves. 24 hours before each scheduled session, the client completes and emails the coach a prep form that evaluates what’s been accomplished since the previous call, and presents what they want to discuss at the upcoming session.
This empowers the client to set the agenda - the client calls the shots! Conversations are energetic, fun, edgy, practical – and yet sensitive to the Spirit’s direction.
